We now have a fully stocked retail area!  Below is a link to our retail price list.  We carry locally raised beef,  USDA inspected, and processed here at our facility.  We also have a large variety of specialty products processed here in our in our plant.  We source from trusted suppliers who carry products we personally love and  are always updating what we have on hand.  Each  month we run a different sale and post those on our Facebook page as well.  You can come by anytime and shop with us, our hours are located on here and our Facebook page, or just give us a call!

We offer retail beef by the whole or half.  Call us today to reserve yours for next year!  A non-refundable $500/ half deposit is required to be paid at the time you reserve.  We are currently taking reservations for 2024 beef.  The beef we sell are all local, born, raised, and finished here in Western Colorado, they are grass fed and grain finished for a minimum of 90 days.  They typically are finished and ready for pickup from February-June.  They are custom cut which means you get to pick the specific way you want it cut and we can walk you through that process.
