Pork and lambs

 Our pork and lamb processing cut sheets are listed below.  Please schedule far ahead for them as we tend to book out quit a ways with beef.  We do not do in house curing of hams and bacons, but can process your pig for you save those items for you to take to another processor to have done.  All sausage is done in house.
